“Don’t talk about Love and Peace, if you have a dead animal on your plate”
NO. Meat is linked to diabetes, cancer, heart disease (top diseases of the western world = high meat-eaters)
Think about it in different ways:
Advantages of Eating Meat:
- You kill a Living Being before its natural death.
- You can get protein from better, more nutritious sources like seeds, nuts, pulses, and even vegetables
- Meat consumption can raise cholesterol levels. the lead researcher of the Framingham Heart Study, never saw a person get a heart attack with a total cholesterol level lower than 150
MEAT-EATING PER CAPITA BY COUNTRY!
ALL CANCER RATES BY COUNTRY
BLUE ZONE LIVE LONGER, LIVE BETTER
National Geographic did a protracted study to seek out out the longest living and healthiest communities on earth, what they detected is that these communities thrived higher than their peers and that they wished to visualize what created them special:
- Okinawa, Japan
- Ikara, Greece
- Sardinia, Italy
What all have in common is a super low intake of animal meats or no meat at all
THIS IS MY OPINION ABOUT MEAT-EATING. IF YOU DON’T LIKE MY OPINION PLEASE COMMENT WITH YOUR ANSWER.
